Current Titles
Current titles identify the current owner and all outstanding interest in the property including mortgages, caveats, easements, builders’ liens and other registered interest. Cost of each current land title certificate is $20.00
What is required to order the current titles?
Historical Titles
A historical title will let you know who owned the property before the current owners.
Certain pieces of information may be required including:
Depending on when the title was cancelled, some historical titles must be ordered from the relevant Land Titles Office. Please contact our office if you need assistance.
Copies of Registered Documents
Photocopies of documents available to order include copies of easements, utility right of ways, mortgages, caveats, etc. The 9 digit registration number must be provided to place the order.
If you are looking for documents that are registered prior to 1975, please be aware that additional processing time might be required for these documents.

Plan Copies
Registered plans of survey can also be ordered at our office. You will need one of the followings:

Please Note
Registry agents are not able to make changes to any land title information (E.g. removing mortgages / liens). This can only be completed at the Land Title office, located at 710 4th Ave SW, Calgary. You may also call them at 403-297-6511 in Calgary or 780-427-2742 in Edmonton.
